Director Psychology Brighton LTD
BPS Chartered Psychologist
Welcome to Psychology Brighton. I am Anna, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor and Consultant for the TV, Media and Radio. I have worked in the NHS in mental health services since 2014, specialising in supporting working age adults presenting with a range of difficulties. Alongside my independent practice and Media consulting, I am privileged to be a trainer for the next generation of Clinical Psychologists at one of the most established Clinical Psychology training programmes in the UK.  I specialise in supporting people from the LGBTQI+ community and creative professionals. As a person from the LGBTQI+ community, with a background of having grown up in the fashion world in Italy, I have an ability to create a non-judgmental space where safe exploration of different aspects of your identity is encouraged.  With my clinical training and lived experience, I understand that life does not always go to plan and sometimes we can all find ourselves in a situation where we may need support. I have specialist training in trauma-focused and trauma-informed therapy. I practice using an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic skills and concepts to be able to be responsive to your unique life circumstances and work towards goals that are meaningful to you.

Dr Luke Tarmey (BSc, DClinPsy)
Associate Practitioner Psychology Brighton LTD
Clinical Psychologist
Hello, I’m Luke, a Clinical Psychologist with experience across a range of NHS and private healthcare settings, working with both adults and children. I often support people who feel ‘different’ or struggle with anxiety, helping them cultivate deeper self-acceptance and authenticity. Whatever challenges you face, my aim is to support you to break free from limiting patterns, become a better friend to yourself, and ultimately, build a life guided by your values rather than your fears. My areas of expertise include anxiety, worry, and self-doubt; identity, and self-esteem issues; OCD; post-diagnostic support for ADHD & Autism; living well with long-term health conditions; mood-related difficulties. I also support adolescents and young adults navigating major life transitions, helping them develop resilience and a clearer sense of direction. I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of approaches from the latest psychological research along with time-honoured contemplative practices. At the heart of it is a simple belief: you are not broken, and your struggles do not define you. If you're ready to explore a new way forward, I’d love to support you on that journey.
