Cancellation Policy

Please note that this is not a therapy session but a brief phone-call to explore any questions you might have about accessing our services. If you require urgent mental health support, contact your GP or call NHS 111 for non-emergencies and 999 for emergencies. We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy and ask that any changes to bookings are made no later than 48 hours prior to the booking time. If you cancel with less notice or if you are not available at the agreed time, then you may not be able to access this service again.
