Online client self-referral

Psychology Brighton Ltd offers psychological services for adults (18+) experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.  If you are experiencing more severe difficulties or if there are any active risks (e.g. active suicidality) we would recommend that you contact your GP so that they can ensure that you can get access to appropriate support.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Psychology Brighton Ltd is not a crisis service and we are therefore unable to respond to urgent requests and crisis/emergency situations. If you need more urgent support, please contact your GP or your local mental health crisis line if your GP is unavailable. Further information about NHS urgent mental health support is available by clicking here.

You can also contact the Samaritans on 116 123 or visit www.samaritans.org (for anyone distressed or thinking of suicide, or in crisis)

If you would prefer support via text you can do so by texting Shout to 85258.

The information you provide in this referral form will remain confidential, unless we have concerns about your or another person's safety.

If you are experiencing any difficulties in completing this form, please do not hesitate to get in touch by email.
