Mental health therapies and treatments

Therapy can take different forms depending on your current needs and circumstances. Certain therapy approaches are better suited to certain difficulties. However, people respond to therapy in different ways and may prefer one approach over another.

Clinical psychologists are trained in multiple therapeutic approaches which means that they are able to adapt their approach to your individual needs and preferences.
